Stepping outside Delhi-NCR, premium popcorn brand 4700BC has introduced their first ever pop-up store concept along with two more kiosks in the city.

Stepping outside Delhi-NCR, the gourmet popcorn brand 4700BC opens its first ever pop-up store in Bangalore’s Phoenix Marketcity Mall along with two kiosks at PVR multiplexes at Forum and Orion Malls respectively.  With the current folio of 12 retail outlets, the brand has so far operated from kiosks within both PVR Cineplex premises and outside in mostly Delhi and NCR. PVR has a majority stake in this 3-year old brand.

Delhi-based Quirk’d has designed all of these retail spaces. Elaborating more on the expansion plan, Chirag Gupta, Co-Founder and CEO, 4700BC Popcorn, said, “We have introduced our pop-up store concept first time in Bangalore. Our idea is to have one pop-up store format in each city along with multiple kiosks. We are also looking at starting our pop-up store concept in Delhi and looking for suitable space in some premium malls. According to our plan to move out of Delhi and being present in all metros, we are fast moving towards cities like Hyderabad and Mumbai after Bangalore.” 4700BC is currently doing lot of institutional sales through leading airlines and coffee chains. The brand is also entering into FMCG space through MT around February next year.
