Aeropostale opens three more shop-in-shops this week

 Going on a retail expansion spree, American casual apparel brand Aeropostale expanded its retail footprint with the launch of three more Shop-in-shops during this week. Starting their retail operation in India from late last year, the brand currently has 10 EBOs along with 3 SISs in most prominent malls across India. The new SISs are located at Shoppers’ Stop, Mumbai (Juhu), Shoppers’ Stop, Mumbai (Inorbit Mall Malad) and Lifestyle, Unitech Mall Noida.

Only in this month, Aeropostale has launched their Exclusive Brand Outlets at Phoenix Marketcity Mall, Pune, Inorbit Mall, Cyberabad, Phoenix Marketcity Mall, Mumbai (Kurla) and R-city Mall, Mumbai (Ghatkopar). Talking more on this, Gajpal Rathore, VM & Projects – BTLBD, Aeropostale, said, “We are opening EBOs almost 1 in every month. In coming months, we have aggressive retail expansion plan through the length and breadth of India. Though we can’t disclose the names of cities that are next in our list, we will get more clarity on destinations after February next year.” Aeropostale’s retail design varies between Studio-A, B and D according to their global design concepts depending on the size of the store.
