Armani Exchange’s new boutique at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon

Raw steel, aged wood and concrete evoke the industrial interior of a young and dynamic New York at the store space.
Recently, Armani Exchange opened its new boutique at the upscale Ambience Mall in Gurgaon. Located on the ground floor, the boutique carries the latest Spring-Summer ’18 menswear and womenswear collections. The posh aesthetics of the 1,637 sq. ft. concept boutique takes its inspiration from the aesthetics of a contemporary industrial hangar, with strong material connotations.
It’s an urban setting, where the passage of time has created new streaks on industrial planked floors, bewildering textures on rough concrete walls and the color of rust on every metal surface.
A beamed door defines the entrance. Metal profiles, industrial planks and concrete walls create a space that makes a strong material and sensorial impact, whose centrality is defined by two identifying elements in the form of an A and X. A register of windows move along the entire perimeter, allowing light to enter and shape its spaces.
