Opening a new format of flagship combining their F&B entity, Café Py in Pondicherry, Ayesha Accessories has recently revealed their plan to strengthen their MBO network along with adding 5 more EBOs by end of this fiscal while working aggressively on their own e-commerce channel.

Accessories brand Ayesha Accessories has revealed their plan to expand majorly via SIS formats and e-commerce channels, along with adding 5 more EBOs in addition to their 19 stores and 90 SISs. Ayesha Accessories has recently opened 3000 sq ft, spread across three levels, flagship store along with their new café outlet, Café Py.

Jacquelin Kapoor, CEO, Ayesha Accessories, shared with Retail4growth, “Currently, we have 90 MBOs with Central, Shoppers Stop and Project Eve and 19 standalone stores. As a brand from Pondicherry, we always wanted to have flagship store along with our new F&B entity, Café Py. We are extremely proud with the design of the space which is Instagram-worthy with reclaimed pieces of furniture, artefacts and other elements. We have introduced some DIY services etc in the space to connect to the young traveller crowd that we cater to. From business perspective, very interestingly, we have grown almost 200% from our online business, so currently we are working on our own e-commerce site along with retailing via all leading online trading channels. Going forward, in our brick-and-mortar expansion, we will strengthen our MBO presence along with adding 5 more EBOs to our network.”
