Bagrry’s to expand their QSR chain

By Satarupa Chakraborty | May 04, 2018

With 3 outlets in Delhi, Bagrry’s plans to add 20 outlets in Delhi-NCR to their QSR chain. Taking their health concept of FMCG to cafés, the format has given the company good insight in the horizon of understanding retail.

Introducing their own QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) chain last year, FMCG company Bagrry’s plans to expand the chain by adding 20 more outlets in Delhi-NCR. Further to that, the chain will be taken to other cities through franchisee model.

In an exclusive chat with Retail4growth, Aditya Bagri, Director, Bagrry’s, said, “We started the format as an on-the-go concept about a year back. The idea was to create a positive synergy between FMCG and QSR segments. Interestingly, the format has helped us understanding our consumer behaviour and demand better so that we can implement them in our FMCG offerings and retail touchpoints. Keeping the number of outlets low right now with only three in Delhi, we plan to add about 20 outlets in the city and NCR region before taking it to other cities. We may look at franchisee rollout for reaching beyond this region.”

Posterscope has designed the format of Bagrry's Health Café.
