Leather brands Da Milano and Rosso Brunello plan to expand their retail footprint in India with revamped store design concepts.

With a folio of 60 stores across India and Nepal, luxury leather brand Da Milano plans to extend its retail presence in India with 10 more stores. The brand has very recently revamped the store design concept with its outlet at Noida's DLF Mall of India. Talking further on the retail design concept, Sahil Malik, CEO, Da Milano, said, "We have changed our store design concepts for both our brands, Da Milano and Rosso Brunello. For Da Milano, being in line with its European counterparts, we have tried to add maximum luxury feel by adding gold elements in fixtures and display racks along with brown mirror and lacquer glasses. For Rosso Brunello, we have chosen the French window concept combining modernity with kitsch factor.”

With the Goa (at Mall de Goa) and Nepal outlets recently being operational, Da Milano will now open its door at Mohali airport following up with two more in Mumbai, two in Bangalore, and one each at Pune airport, Chennai and Delhi Aerocity's upcoming Worldmark Mall. Da Milano's new design concept, executed by Delhi-based DCA Architect, is following more "bling” than its existing matte style with clear use of glossy tiles, close-back windows etc. "While the new stores follow the revamped design concept, we are also updating close to five existing stores including Pune and Bangalore outlets in another three months,” Malik added.

Rosso Brunello's French design store concept was first adopted in its outlet at Ambience Mall Gurgaon and then followed at DLF Mall of India. Rosso Brunello will soon be launching its outlets at Mohali airport along with two in Mumbai and one in Bangalore.
