HyperCITY unveils its third store in Bangalore

Spread over 30,000 sq ft, this small format store from the retail brand is a strategic move to penetrate new markets.

HyperCITY, part of the K. Raheja Corp launched its third store in Bangalore. Spread over 30,000 sq ft and is a strategic move by HyperCITY to scale profitability and to be easily accessible by the consumers. Announcing the launch of the store, Mark Ashman, CEO, HyperCITY Retail (India) Ltd. said, "It gives us immense joy to announce the launch of our third store in Bangalore, a city which is a hub of commerce and IT.
 We have witnessed an overall growth in the retail segment in Bangalore. The consumers here are evolved and have accepted the concept of hypermarkets which provide convenience and international shopping experience all under one roof. This new store will make us more accessible and closer to our consumers at Whitefield.”
HyperCITY chose the auspicious day of Ugadi for the launch. The consumers at the store had a special treat with some exciting games such as Treasure Hunt and Tol Mol Ke Bol organised for them. The most popular activity amongst the consumers was the Trolley Dash wherein customer enjoyed 60 seconds of free shopping.
 The consumer engagement activities at the new HyperCITY store will continue over the weekend with some exciting initiatives such as Balloon Modeling, Keychain Writing, Caricature and Life Size Snake & Ladders.
