Skin care chain Kaya Skin Clinic has recently renovated its store design concept with its outlets in Bangalore and NOIDA. The concept is planned to change 20 odd outlets of Kaya Skin Clinic in India. The skincare chain is also planning to add 4-5 new outlets in mostly metro cities which will also follow the renovated concept. Talking to Retail4growth, Kavita Gajria, Senior Manager – Projects, Kaya Skin Clinic, explained its new retail design concept, “This is one of our steps towards the positioning of a truly premium experience of the brand. Along with combining aesthetics and functionality, we have given importance to friendlier space planning and most premium façade design.

The stores also use double heights with dynamic lighting. Moreover, we have introduced a number of in-store digital interfaces like interactive display, visual imagery and i-pads for customer interactions.” The outlets now have new sections like lounges, powder rooms etc. Kaya is also planning to introduce a lot more digital elements in its outlets such as Screen panels, digitized signages etc.  The revamped concept will soon be introduced in Kaya’s outlets at Seawoods Mall, Navi Mumbai and Phoenix Marketcity, Bangalore. For civil interiors and furniture, the brand has worked with AS Royal for their NOIDA outlet while Bangalore’s VPlan4u helped them with the city’s outlet.
