Mohit Khattar to address In-Store Asia 2015 conference

Mohit Khattar, Managing Director & CEO of Godrej Nature's Basket Ltd, will speak on the theme'The in-store experience -- The next frontier for revenue growth & profitability' and moderate a high-powered panel discussion on the same theme

Even as the retail industry undergoes sweeping changes in the face of the e-commerce explosion, increasing use of social media and mobility in retail businesses, and changing customer preferences, brands and retailers everywhere are looking for new and innovative ways to create great in-store experiences for customers at their physical retail stores. This would entail adopting a fresh approach to retail design, new in-store branding initiatives, monitoring of shopper behaviour using new tools and techniques, and delivery of highly customised solutions.

For brands and retailers, the moot question is, will this approach translate into higher revenues and profitability. Mohit Khattar, MD & CEO of Godrej Nature's Basket, will speak on the theme'The in-store experience -- The next frontier for revenue growth & profitability' and moderate a high-powered panel discussion on the same theme on Day 1 of In-Store Asia 2015, which is being organised at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai during February 5-7, 2015.

Khattar directs the strategy and business operations of Godrej Nature's Basket, described as India's go to destination for fine and gourmet food. Prior to joining Godrej, in his over two decades of rich work experience, he held positions of importance with several consumer facing organisations in the lifestyle, FMCG and retail industries. He has been closely associated with several well known brands and programs for organisations such as Titan Industries, Reckitt Benckiser, Tube Investments of India and Subhiksha.
