Palladium launches in Chennai

Palladium, Chennai’s new luxury mall opened at the Phoenix Market City. Designed by Benoy architects and Pronit Nath of Urban Studio, the mall houses luxury lifestyle items of popular national and international brands

Palladium, a new luxury mall has opened its doors in Chennai. It has been set up by the famous retail mall developer, the Phoenix Mills Ltd which has opened its 1st Palladium in Mumbai in 1996. The mall’s contemporary design and interior is inspired by renowned artists and design landmarks. Designed by Benoy architects and Pronit Nath of Urban Studio, the new mall extends public art offering with installation works of some of the leading national and international artists. 

The Phoenix Mills had earlier set up the Phoenix Market City at Velachery in Chennai which is spread across 25 lakh acres land. For Palladium Chennai, the Phoenix Mills Ltd has joined hands with the Crest Ventures for Palladium Chennai. The company manages 6 million square feet of retail space spread across eight malls in six cities across the country. 

According toVijay Choraria, Managing Director, Crest, “The art programme of Palladium promotes contemporary art in India and creates an alternative space for all audiences to interact with art. I personally think that the art has created a soul for the mall.” 

Spread across 2.50 lakh square foot areas, Palladium Chennai has more than 75 stores across three levels. Some of the best global brands like Canali, H&M, Michael Kors, Vajor, Kate Spade, Coach, Hugo Boss, Turni, Paul and Shark among others already have their presence in the mall to explore.
