Smiling Baby ties up with Quickcilver for promotion

Chennai-based kidswear retailer, Smiling Baby has launched innovative gift cards. The gift card would be available through Quickcilver, which is a gifting solutions provider and offer customers additional top value purchases made on the cards.

About the gift card, S Shriram, the Founder of Smiling Baby said, "Instead of providing discounts on a few products seasonally, which may not be required by most of the customers. We have decided to offer gift cards so that our customers can benefit and redeem it all through the year at all the existing and upcoming stores. Also, the top-up is over and above the discounts and promotions already offered on various products from time to time at the stores, hence customers benefit both ways.”

The kidswear retailer caters to new born to six-year olds. Spread across an area of 1,600 sq ft, the store stocks on a variety of Indian and international brands like Pigeon, Nuby, Chicco, Avent, JL Morrisons, Apple Baby, Fisher Price, Barbie, Disney, Hotwheels, Funskool, Himalaya, Johnson & Johnson, Pampers and Mamy Poko.

The store has an activity centre for children as well as an exclusive nursing room for lactating mothers. The company has plans to expand all across Tamil Nadu in the coming years and is looking at raising funds from HNIs and angel investors.
