The 500 sq ft store and 6-7 upcoming stores will use digital interfaces to use consumer data effectively.

Delhi-based e-commerce brand for clothes and accessories Stage Three has recently opened its first brick-and-mortar store in Delhi’s Hauz Khas Village market. The brand plans to open 6-7 stores in all major metros next year with the immediate one slated to open in Mumbai. Talking at the launch of the 500 sq ft outlet, Sabena Puri, Co-founder, Stage Three, told Retail4growth, “It’s been a year since we started and we felt that an omni-channel integration is crucial for an online brand like us. Targeting at next generation of shoppers, we plan to build robust customer-friendly digital interfaces in our store and the upcoming ones too. These personalised touch points are expected to bring more personalized info about each of our customers and cater to them specifically. In our data-driven omni channel journey, as much as we can’t do without the physical presence, we plan to keep our store sizes small – something around 500 sq ft or so."
