“Store’s role should be re-defined” – Bijou Kurien

The convention at 11th edition of In-Store Asia started with key note addresses from Hans Werner Reinhard, MD, Messe Dusseldorf and Bijou Kurien, Strategy Board Member, L Catterton Asia, Chairman. Managing Committee, In-Store Asia. Reinhard spoke on the international partnership while Kurien narrated on how to re-imagine the store.
The convention at 11th edition of In-Store Asia happening at Bombay Exhibition Center, Mumbai started with the welcome addresses by Hans Werner Reinhard, MD, Messe Dusseldorf and Bijou Kurien, Strategy Board Member, L Catterton Asia, Chairman. Managing Committee, In-Store Asia.
Reinhard spoke about bringing the international expertize that Euroshop added to a show like In-store Asia which was built year after year to become bigger and better and more competent.
Focusing on the theme, “Re-imagining The Store”, Kurien spoke about the need of re-defining a store’s role. In order to achieve that, he further pointed at adapting 
with the need of customers, integration of store and non-store channels, embracing technology and adopting an unified view of customers.
