Suditi Industries bags official apparel rights of Real Madrid CF in India

Riot, a contemporary youth fashion brand of Suditi Industries Ltd, has bagged the official apparel licensing right for Real Madrid CF club in India for a period of three years. After generating revenues of Rs 15 crore post bagging the official merchandise deal of the FIFA World Cup 2014, the company created yet another landmark deal in the sports space with this win.

Real Madrid which is one of the most recognisable football clubs in the world with a valuation of $3,440mn has given the right to Suditi Industries to manufacture and sell merchandises targeting the youth in India. As a part of the deal, Riot will introduce a wide range of products across categories like t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, boxers, polo's and track pants which will be available in trendy colours for both men and women. The designs will be based on the Real Madrid name, legal logotype, Tiago Bernabéu Stadium, player images and designs of the official numbers of the players which will be seen on the products.
