Tangerine plans to reach 500 stores soon

Tangerine, the home makeover solutions with offerings in premium segment like Bedding, Bath, Living room, Tableware, Kitchen, Non-food storage plans to reach 500 stores soon. The company which initially started with a turnover of INR 10 crore has grown over the past five years. It is currently present in about 100 stores across 40 cities in India including metros. 

Tangerine is also the authorised licensee to sell Sanjeev Kapoor-branded lifestyle products. The company having established presence in the premium segment, this festival season, has now expanded its presence in the luxury category (Masterstrokes collection) and kids category (through licensing with Pokemon) and bets big in this festival season as well. Currently, with the market size growing at an average of 10% plus and double digit growth expected to exceed in coming 3-5 years, Tangerine is betting big on expanding their market reach and share. The company is co-founded by Rajiv Merchant, an entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in Indian fashion and retail industry.
