TBZ to launch its revamped design identity soon

Stepping towards the milestone of 100 stores, TBZ will soon refresh their design concept at an upcoming store in Noida. The design will cut down on loud promotions & wall displays and use relatively smaller façade

Jewellery major Tribhobandas Bhimji Zaveri (TBZ) will soon launch its revamped retail design concept at their upcoming store in Noida. Targeted at the youth, the design will reduce the wall display part drastically to keep the inventory low while encouraging more shopfloor engagement and interactions. With a current network of 38 stores, the brand has also revealed their plan to reach a mark of 100 stores by 2020.

In a chat with Retail4growth, Harshil Khichadia, Head – Projects & Business Development, explained, “If we look at major jewellery retailers, they are believers of large façade with loud branding and lot of wall display inside the stores. In our new design ID, as we step towards engaging more young customers, we will use relatively smaller façade with zero campaigns on it and will reduce the wall displays. The latter will lead to more interactions in our store and help us managing our inventory well.” As TBZ will open all its future stores under this ID, the existing stores will also be revamped according to this design concept.

TBZ currently has two store formats and associated design concepts - Main Line Concept for high street stores spanning across 2500 sq ft and PRET Concept for mall locations spanning across 800 sq ft.
