The brand recently launched its second restaurant in Kolkata. Increasing its presence across India, TFT will soon unveil its flagship outlets in Bangalore and Bhubaneswar.

The Funjabi Tadka, restaurant chain brand of Snowball Conclave Pvt. Ltd. extended their presence yet again in Kolkata with the fine dining destination located at Infinity Benchmark Mall, Sector V, Salt Lake. The 6000 sq. ft. eatery boasts of an artistic exuberance inspired from the rustic Punjabi dhabas. The brand TFT is the brain child of Harpal Singh Sokhi the famous Indian chef and Satyaki Mukherjee, Director of Snowball hospitality group who also owns the credit of conceptualising the decor of the restaurant.

Celebrity chef from'Food Food' Channel, Harpal Singh Sokhi who is also the brand ambassador of TFT shares, "Our aim is to open a chain of outlet resembling the Fun n Food concept having a consistency in terms of design, colour and yet incorporate the local flavour of that place into our menu. In Mumbai we have franchise outlets and soon by mid of June our next flagship outlet is coming in Bangalore and post to that again in East zone with one at Bhubaneswar. We are also venturing into global arena with TFT coming in Dubai.”

Satyaki Mukherjee shares, "As our brand philosophy is'Fun n Food' this contemporary home-style restaurant is an extension of our belief, which we want to spread here as well targeting the IT professionals & the residents of the Salt Lake city. The fun element begins as one enters the outlet with Truck art and Fun art on the walls, which is an interesting example of graffiti. This fine dining destination is divided into three sections having a sitting capacity of 85 with banqueting facility accommodating 40-70 persons and the main highlight is the bar area which is given a look of a real truck having a length of 14 feet. We designed the bar area for giving it a look a feel of a real & live truck as far as possible by using similar headlights, funny one-liners and so on. We have got the space here to play around with and the decor resembles that rustic element having the bricked walls, the props representing the back door of a truck having kettles, lanterns, jugs and so on.”

All mood enhancing colours and drawing facets have been incorporated in the interiors to create a visual experience. Starting from the funny dining mats to the serving ware everything has been especially designed to bring a smile on the face of every guest as they enjoy culinary delicacies from North India.
