Unni Augustine joins Project Eve as General Manager – VM

Unni Augustine, former General Manager – Visual Merchandising at House of Anita Dongre, has recently joined Project Eve. Unni brings his 18 years of work experience in retail across various brands and companies like Shoppers Stop, Titan, Reliance Lifestyle, Aditya Birla Group and House of Anita Dongre. In his last tenure spanning more than a year, Unni was responsible for overlooking the visual merchandising for all their brands along with setting up the Grassroot store in New York, the brand’s first venture overseas.

Explaining his new role and responsibilities, Unni said, “Project Eve is one-of-its-kind in terms of its ambition, retail design and VM. While it addresses all the needs of a woman, the brand positioning is much premium. In terms of VM, we have used only premium Hands Boodt mannequins and spacious trial rooms also spell the premiumness. Although it’s been just a week and I am still understanding the brand, my overall intention would be to bring more meaning and premium look for the retail identity in terms of VM.”
