Valentine to open 10 exclusive outlets in Mumbai by March 2015

Ashapura Intimates Fashion Ltd, the flagship company of Ashapura - Valentine Group has entered into retail segment. Measuring 1550 sq ft, the company's flagship Valentine showroom was launched at Hill Road - Bandra, Mumbai. The second Valentine showroom will be opened next month at Mulund, Mumbai. The company plans to set up 10 company-owned retail outlets across Mumbai by the end of March 2015.

Harshad Thakkar, Chairman & Managing Director, Ashapura Intimates Fashion Ltd. stated that the company plans to expand retail presence on a franchisee basis across India. These showrooms will sell intimate garments such as loungewear, bridal nightwear, honeymoon sets, bathrobes, nightwear, sportswear, legging and camisole etc. The new loungewear range is meant for men, women, kids and toddlers.

 Thakkar further stated that the company has its manufacturing unit located at Thane and is in the process of acquiring 2.25 lakh square feet land in Gujarat for setting up another state-of-the- art manufacturing plant.
