VOI Jeans enters India

Preston, United Kingdom based VOI Jeans, known for for its innovative and cutting edge style, makes a debut in India with the launch of its store at the Phoenix Mall located in Bangalore. Spread across 450 sq ft. this new store houses both men's and women's wear.
 
The brand statement reads'Engineered For You' which is in keeping with its objective to craft jeans tailored for its patrons. "As the tag line says "ENGINEERED FOR YOU” VOI Jeans depicts a true consumer centric approach . Its philosophy lies in the word "VOI” which means you in Italy and thus offers the product range particularly keeping the human ergonomics in mind,” stated Ampar Pramod Executive Director, VOI Jeans Retails India Pvt Ltd.

This recent store has been designed and conceptualized by VOI jeans while Bangalore based design agency 4D has decided on the technical detailing and project management keeping a simple look where products get more attention. The contrast of wood and black metal accentuates the overall form of the fixtures, while the sleek profile of the metal and the solid geometric structure add the depth to the contrast. The look inside the store has been intentionally created in white so that the products are not hidden and can project an overall clean look. Further, the solid structure and the metal boxing make the fixtures heavy which is balanced by incorporating wood in between and keeping the overall store as white. The exposed look on the ceiling along with AC duct and decking sheet painted white give an overall exposed raw look which is in sink with the brand's image.
 
Following the launch of this store, the brand plans to introduce more stores across the country by the end of this year. Pune, Cochin, Amritsar and Hyderabad are chosen as the next target cities to flaunt VOI Jeans store, with a 3,800 sq ft. flagship store to be launched soon  in Hyderabad.
