Wrogn to open 50 exclusive outlets by next year, to focus on north market

The youth fashion brand from USPL Group plans to strengthen its exclusive store presence network by reaching a mark of 50 stores by next year, while the expansion will focus on north Indian cities.

The youth fashion brand for youth from USPL Group, Wrogn has revealed its plan to open a total number of 50 EBOs by next year, out of which 18-20 stores are slated to open by end of current fiscal. Focusing on north India, Wrong’s upcoming stores will be scattered effectively in mixed locations of metros and tier-I and tier II cities. USPL is also looking at opening exclusive brand outlets for Mistaken, the brand for women in the same line of Wrogn. Founded in September last year, Mistaken is currently available through SIS format in selected Shoppers Stop outlets.

On the store design aspect, a source from Wrogn team told Retail4growth, “Though we are gearing up for major retail scaling, we are not going beyond our existent store design format. Our SISs are and will be effective extension of our exclusive outlets. Along with strengthening the retail store network for Wrogn, we are also looking at opening EBOs for our women’s brand, Mistaken.” Wrogn stores are designed by Bangalore-based design agency firm, Restore Solutions. Currently, Wrogn has 12 EBOs, out of which 4 are in the fit-out stage and will open their doors soon.
