ColorJet launches Eco Solvent Concept Printer with XAAR Printhead

ColorJet India Ltd., the manufacturer of wide format digital printers in India, recently launched their Eco Solvent concept printer with XAAR MEMS printhead technology at APPPEXPO trade show in Shanghai. XAAR, a world leader in the development of digital inkjet technology and a manufacturer of piezoelectric drop-on-demand industrial inkjet printheads, joined hands with ColorJet to introduce its latest MEMS printheads technology. Colorjet and XAAR worked closely on development and testing in the conceptual stage.

The concept Eco Solvent printer which has been developed at the Indian manufacturing facility of Colorjet, has a width of 1.8 metres and runs at astounding speeds with better print quality, particularly pertaining to dot placements.
