Monotech Systems launches Pixeljet miniRTR printer

Monotech Systems, a manufacturer and supplier of products and solution for printing, packaging and publishing industry, has recently launched Pixeljet miniRTR. Equipped with Xaar printhead, Pixeljet miniRTR is a dedicated roll-to-roll LED UV - curable printer, which comes in a six-colour and a four-colour plus white and plus varnish version. It handles a broad scope of flexible media for indoor and outdoor applications.

The miniRTR is equipped with UV LED lamps that enable the user to print on a wide media mix and to save energy, costs and time.

Manoj Garg, Product Head – wide format graphics, Monotech Systems, said in a company statement, “The Pixeljet miniRTR has been designed for printers who are willing to move from Eco Solvent printing and go for UV printing with a limited budget. With miniRTR printers can have the leverage of offering digital enhancement with embossing effect and more too.”

According to Garg, one key feature of the printer is its four-colour plus white varnish version that enables to print white colour in different modes, improving the opacity of the printed material as well as increasing colour contrast and readability.
