Square Foot, a leading flooring solutions brand, announced the India launch of the new outstanding range of'Primo Premium', a high-quality vinyl flooring from Tarkett. France based Tarkett is a global leader in innovative and sustainable solutions for flooring and sports surfaces.

Primo Premium is a compact, homogenous vinyl flooring recommended for use in commercial heavy traffic areas such as retail, healthcare, education, offices, public buildings, etc. The flooring has a polyurethane (PUR) reinforced finish which eliminates the need for polishes or waxes and can substantially reduce the maintenance costs throughout the lifecycle.

The Primo Premium range includes 16 base colours with a total of 47 colours and two contrasting accent colour chips. This design concept allows endless combination possibilities.

"Considering the PUR reinforced vinyl flooring available in the Indian market, Primo Premium is easily the best choice due to its high-quality properties and competitive pricing” said Gaurav Saraf, Joint Managing Director, Square Foot. "With Primo Premium you get a hardwearing vinyl flooring with a modern design, balanced raw material content and good maintenance properties.”

"Our analysis of other low-cost vinyl flooring brands in the market shows that these necessarily require regular maintenance in the form of wax and polish whereas Primo Premium does not require it. Hence Primo Premium emerges as the most sensible choice if one is looking at a perfect balance of low maintenance cost and PUR reinforced high-quality function with outstanding design possibilities”, added Gaurav Saraf.

Primo Premium is an excellent choice for hygienic areas and places where there is a critical need for anti-bacterial flooring like hospitals, schools, offices and of course residences. It also earns LEED points in construction of green buildings , the indoor quality improvement is 100 times better than specified limits as per European norms, resulting in a positive impact on people's health.
