Ambience Malls to demarcate zones & focus on women-centric brands

Both the mall properties in Delhi and Gurgaon have been demarcated with zones to accommodate mostly international and some of Indian brands along with upgrading the entertainment sections of the malls.

Ambience Malls, with two properties in Delhi-NCR at Vasant Kunj and Gurgaon respectively, is demarcating zones and expanding space to accommodate some new international as well as Indian brands. While Vasant Kunj property will add another floor spanning across 1.5 lac sq ft, the space at Gurgaon mall has already been demarcated zone-wise to host more brands. Both the malls are focusing on bringing more women-centric brands to their properties with an emphasis to bring more international brands.

Talking to Retail4growth, Benu Sehgal, Head – Retail & Marketing, Ambience Malls, explained, “Though our focus is to bring more international brands, we are welcoming some of the aspiring Indian brands like Cover Story and Being Human. We have demarcated zones and according to that, spaces are filling up. Our Vasant Kunj property will have an entire floor dedicated to women to suit all their needs. At Gurgaon property, we are bringing the city’s biggest cinema experience by introducing 50 screens while at VK property, we are looking at something to combine eatery and performance experience.”
