After two successful stores in Mumbai, Bombay Shirt Company's Bengaluru store will offer an extensive range of designs with access to an expert tailor for measurements. The brand will soon open their store in New Delhi too.

Bombay Shirt Company, the online made-to-measure shirt brand, expanded its retail footprint in the country by launching its first store at CMH Road, Indiranagar in Bangalore. After two successful stores in Mumbai at Kala Ghoda (2014) and Bandra (2015), Bombay Shirt Company's Bengaluru store will offer an extensive range of designs as well as corporate staples for men and women, with access to an expert tailor for measurements. Bombay Shirt Company Founder Akshay Narvekar says, "For us, the Bengaluru store was the most natural progression after Mumbai. We do have a large number of clientele in this city and the store will offer them the opportunity to touch and feel the fabrics before designing their wardrobe." He added that the brand will soon open their store in New Delhi too.

The Bombay Shirt Company's in-house team, in close collaboration with Bengaluru-based interior firm Palm Length, designed the 1,000 sq ft space which is spread across two levels. The ambient design theme of the new store is in keeping with the brand's existing stores in Mumbai - a seamless synergy of contemporary design and and old-world nostalgia.

With this store launch, the brand will also offer their newest capsule collection by Vogue's editor Priya Tanna. This collection includes 12 different style of shirts that one needs in their wardrobe. Stocked with over 1,000 luxurious formal and casual fabrics that can be mixed and matched with different shirt elements (collars, cuffs, buttons, etc.), there are also special design features such as contrast fabrics, leather, twill and suede tape strips.
