Chai Point to open 50 new stores & explore premium store experience

The brand aims to create a warm, comfortable space where customers can spend quality time. They will also be incorporating location-specific elements into the store design, making every store experience unique and premium.
Chai Point, the popular omni-channel brand, with stores in eight cities across India, is looking to open 50 new stores in 2018-19 across Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai. “Stores are an important touch point for us and our store design has been created keeping in mind our target audience — 18- to 35-year-old corporate professionals. As we enter the next phase of expansion, we are working toward creating a more premium store experience. Our new stores will follow a contemporary Indian design language,” Amuleek Singh Bijral, Co-founder and CEO, Chai Pointshares with Retail4Growth.

"We are also launching a new food menu with a range of authentic Indian and fusion foods to enhance the chai-drinking experience,” he added.
Chai Point is set to open its 100th store in Indiranagar, Bangalore. Currently, they are present in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Chennai, and Bangalore.
