The new store opened in Powai will help to cater the vegan needs of customers from Ghodbundar road up until Khar.

India’s leading vegan store, Greend India entered into brick-and-mortar business by opening its first store at Powai in Mumbai. The store design is conceptualised by Sephra Abraham, Co-founder and CEO, Greend India, with a Mumbai based independent architectural firm, Rad Co. Lab.

Commenting on the store launch, Sephra Abraham and Sana Shaikh, Founders, Greend India, stated, “Greend India was conceptualised and formed as a result of two frustrated vegans coming together and wanting to make a change in the Indian vegan market. The idea behind the store is to help customers achieve real accessibility when it comes to vegan products. Since there is no store that exclusively serves vegan needs from Ghodbundar road up until Khar, they decided to open the store to fill in the gap.”

Started as a 100% vegan hamper service with the objective of “bringing accessibility to affordable and nutritious vegan items”, the new store will be a home to more than 100 brands and over 300 products from every category.
