HSIL enters into new consumer products business

The Hindware- Atlantic water heaters will be available across key retails outlets of electrical, CDIT and organized retail through the e-commerce route.

HSIL Ltd, the prominent sanitaryware company entered into a co-branded marketing agreement with Groupe Atlantic of French origin, to introduce an exclusive range of'Water Heaters' in the India market. Speaking at the launch, Rakesh Kaul, President and Chief, Consumer Business, HSIL Ltd, said, "We are excited to bring to the Indian market a new product category, water-heaters. Groupe Atlantic of France is a specialist in thermal comfort technology and brand'atlantic' holds the top position in France and among top five brands across Europe. In the past few years, the state of Karnataka has seen a growing demand for real estate, a cosmopolitan city brimming with consumers aspiring for a better lifestyle, it is one of the ideal markets for'hindware-atlantic' to offer its range of tech smart water heaters”.

He further added, "With this partnership, we look forward to serve today's modern consumer in an efficient way and aim to reach amongst the top three players in this category in the next three years. With Hindware-Atlantic range of product we aim to deliver joy of smarter living to consumers in Bengaluru and entire Karnataka.'   

Ranging from 1 litre capacity to 100 litre capacity,'hindware-atlantic' water heaters will offer a wide variety of choice to consumers in terms of technology and design offering."

The products will be available across key retails outlets of Electrical, CDIT and Organized retail. Their integrated marketing and communication campaign - titled'Switch on Joy' will break from mid-July in print and digital medium with on-ground market activation support across India. Additionally, through an online agreement with Snapdeal,'hindware-atlantic' water heaters will be made available through the e-commerce route along with brick n mortar retail.
