HSIL’s digitally integrated Lacasa store eyes expansion

Till now, the company has set up 5 Lacasa stores and plans to open another 10 till 2020 to drive 2X the growth.

HSIL , a leading sanitaryware & bath-fittings’ company, is looking at expanding their Lacasa Concept Store. In line with their vision for 2020 to be expert bathroom solution providers, HSIL Limited recently launched their digitally-integrated concept stores –Lacasa which represent the radically evolving sanitaryware retail space. Till now, the company has set up 5 Lacasa stores and plans to open another 10 till 2020 to drive 2X the growth.

Through our research we came to realize their needs in the bathroom space and how they can be addressed and enhanced via use of technology, which ultimately led us to the creation of the one-of-its-kind concept store – Lacasa, the first in the bathroom space category.”

These stores are a one-stop space for architects, interior designers, business buyers as well as homeowners offering them a real time experience of all the offerings by the brands under HSIL such as Queo, Alchymi, Hindware and Amore. The showrooms provide digital integration at every point for easy selection of products where consumers are provided a smart device to capture their favorite products and then drop all of them into a smart screen called the 3D-DIGI assist technology for consultancy and building a bathroom of choice.  

Bhatia further added, “We ensure that our products and services keep evolving with the tastes, preferences and demands of the consumers. And we are certain that these initiatives will pose to be a game-changer in the Indian retail space.”
