Hybec illuminates new retail offerings at In-Store Asia Expo

Retail lighting solutions company Hybec showcased some of its interesting new products for retail usage at the Expo held as part of In-Store Asia 2022, which was inaugurated at the Jio world Convention Centre (JWCC) in Mumbai on June 29th.

Leading lighting solutions company Hybec showcased  some of its interesting new offerings for retail at the Expo held as part of In-Store Asia 2022, which was inaugurated at the Jio world Convention Centre (JWCC) in Mumbai on June 29th . The Hybec lighting products include magnetic tracks with locking system, high end track lights with high CRI (Colour Rendering Index), high quality LEDs with high-end drivers, linear track lights in different lenses and dimensions, different kinds of facade lighting with remote colour controls, etc. These products were on display  at Hybec’s hard to miss stall at the In-Store Asia expo.

Mukesh Manshani, Director - Hybec, shares, speaking about the products and the overall market trend, “All these products  offer some unique advantages for retail usage. The demand now is for flexible fixtures with minimal lighting and maximum wattages and also aesthetically pleasing fixtures.  Today retailers also understand the need for right use of lighting and the role of lighting design and aesthetics to enhance the overall store design and experience. So the awareness with regard to the importance of lighting is going up.”

He adds, talking about the post-Covid market and the industry, “The past one year has been good for us. The dependency on other countries has come down and the “Make in India” trend is gaining more    traction, which is good for our industry and for companies who have invested in manufacturing capacities.”

The 13th edition of  In-Store Asia (ISA) from EuroShop Dusseldorf, whihc includes the Expo, the Convention, and the VM&RD Retail Design Awards, sees the convergence of senior decision makers from the retail eco-system, including brands, retail consultants, retail service and solution providers, store designers, architects and VM professionals.

The Expo, spread over a gross area of 10000 sq meters, includes the Tech Village Pavilion this year, showcasing the latest in retail technology. Another highlight this year is the Materials Lounge in partnership with IIID, which displays the latest materials used by the design community in stores.
