Hybec to launch colour-corrected LED range for retail

The new range will have more than the basic CRI of 80 and will have huge colour temperature range between 3500-5000. The range will have all products specifically meant for retail environments.
Mumbai-based lighting manufacturing company Hybec Lighting will soon bring a range of colour-corrected LED for retail stores. The range will have more than the usual CRI of 80, offering right lumen package to highlight merchandises displayed at retail stores.
Talking to Retail4growth, Chetan Nahlani, Brand Manager, Hybec Lighting, explained, “In India, lighting is available at a CRI of 80 but this range will have CRI randing more than that. Retail environments in India also require much more colour temperature to highlish the displayed merchandises. Therefore, our new range’s colour temperature will vary between 3500 and 5000 to ensure the accurate display purposes. The range, suing Bridgelux and Phillips LEDs, will have products specifically meant for retail stores, like down lights, track lights, wall washers etc.”
