Leica unveils its maiden store in India

Spread over 1400 sq ft, the German camera brand Leica’s first store in India has been launched in Delhi. The store design is on the lines of a gallery and colour scheme comprises black and white monotones.

German luxury Camera brand Leica has recently made its way to the Indian market with its maiden retail outlet in Connaught Place, New Delhi. Spread over an area of 1,400 square feet, the store is designed in the form of an art gallery completely in sync with the international Leica Store format. Unique pictures from Leica users worldwide have been framed in diagonally on the walls, complementing the sleek and elegant camera designs displayed on the parallel shelves. The store has been designed in black and white monotones, with the wall displaying cameras in black color, whereas the walls displaying the photograph gallery is in white, with a prominent Leica branding.

Leica will be opening more stores in Mumbai and Bangalore next year.
