Dalziel & Pow, the award-winning global strategy and design studio, has announced it has become an employee-owned trust, giving every employee a meaningful stake in its success as a business. The move also safeguards D&P’s cherished status as an independent business, which it has maintained since it was founded in 1983.
A key element of the company’s EOT structure is that it guarantees employees have a stronger voice in how the business operates and grows. Central to this is the creation of the D&P Employees Forum, where quarterly meetings will give everyone the chance to share their ideas directly with the Board. These sessions operate on the principle that everyone can contribute and no idea is too big or too small to raise.
The company’s statement mentions that over the years, there have been approaches about selling the business, but D&P has long believed that staying independent is key to maintaining its unique culture and achieving its purpose of creating the iconic brands and experiences of today and tomorrow.
The Board of D&P will continue to manage the business, ensuring continuity in leadership, strategy, and the high standards our clients and partners deserve.
