Funskool opens its fifth store in India

The renowned toy brand forays into Punjab with the objective of showcasing toys of the highest quality with ample safety standards. Funskool is scheduled to open many such stores across India.


Funskool (India) Ltd announced the launch of their fifth store in India at the Trilium Mall in Amritsar. The brand forays into Punjab with the objective of showcasing toys of the highest quality with ample safety standards. The company is scheduled to open many such stores across India.

Funskool also organized a Lego building event alongside the store launch encouraging children to participate in the event, where they built a 6 foot Lego policeman using 50,000 bricks. The store houses a wide collection of board games, action figures, puzzles and toys.  

Speaking at the occasion, John Baby, CEO, Funskool India Limited, said, "We are delighted to launch the fifth store in India. The momentum has been great from our previous launches which have been taking place in a very short span of time. It is the best time for us to venture into this market, considering that we are entering yet another season of festivities and gifting.”

The store will feature the popular international toys from Hasbro, Lego, LeapFrog, Tomy, Ravensburger, Siku, Hornby etc along with licensed products from Disney, Warner Brothers, Nickelodeon, etc. Funskool's own brands like Giggles, Handycrafts, Play & Learn etc. will also be available at the new store.
