Indian fashion designer Gaurav Gupta has opened his first showroom in Paris at 6 Rue Jean Goujon, in the city’s 8th arrondissement and Golden Triangle. The showroom opened its doors on October 5, 2026.

Spread across 300 sq m, the showroom is located inside a 1930 building designed by French architect Charles Lemaresquier. The new Couture Salon will be led by Jean-Paul Cornut, who has more than a decade of experience in Parisian Haute Couture. He previously served as Haute Couture Director at Elie Saab.

“What drew me to the space was its architectural character and the possibility of bringing our own language into something that already had such a strong identity. We have brought Indian craftsmanship, artworks and furniture that I have designed into the space, while allowing the character of the building to remain,” shared Gaurav Gupta.

The designer said the permanent showroom will allow the brand to work more closely with clients beyond fashion week. “For the first time, we have a permanent space where the couture can exist outside the few days of fashion week,” he said.

The new space serves as a permanent home for the brand in Paris and supports its plans to build stronger relationships with the international couture community.
