GLS Lighting brings surveys, data and information for national and international stakeholders related to the lighting industry. The service will further expand its reach to other industries like facades and signages.
Explaining more on the mission, Pravin Jain, Director, GLS Lighting, shared, “As the price of lighting is going down despite retailing good quality, expectations from end-users are drastically increasing. While manufacturing and service costs are going up, it’s gradually becoming difficult to conduct good business. The new website will list out various data and surveys that will help the national and international players to stay abreast with their clients and their needs. These surveys will include unique data like how many stores a particular retail giant has and what kind of lighting they are using. We have also introduced a system, where distance should not matter when it comes to after-sale service etc. Through this platform, we are also offering required traning for professional relating to the lighting industry. As of now, the services will be available for lighting only although we will soon expand our horizon to other industries like signages, outdoor facades etc.”
