Inorbit Mall plans to add 2.5 million sq ft of space all over southern and western parts of India in the coming 4-5 years.
Inorbit Mall Malad is also planning to allocate more space to F&B and entertainment along with giving more space to edgy fashion brands both from national and international categories. Talking on strategic mix of brands and expansion, Mahajan shared, “When we started 13 years back, many brands chose Inorbit as the first shore to embark in the country. Over the years, we have studied the categories of brands carefully and have marked a few observations like how cosmetics, wellness, beauty and F&B have come up in a big way. Based on those, over the years, we have let go certain categories like kidswear, grocery etc. In the coming time, brand selection and allocation will happen more sharply.”
