At the expo, INSYNC Shop Fittings will showcase its "360-degree retail system" — an integrated solution merging fixtures, lighting, electrification, and flexibility into a single cohesive platform. Meanwhile, BizPay will demonstrate an RFID and IoT-powered checkout system, designed to streamline transactions and modernize the in-store payment experience.

INSYNC Shop Fittings, the leading retail fit-outs and solutions company of SAFE Enterprises, is set to participate as an exhibitor at Retail Yatra - Ahmedabad, scheduled to take place on April 29, 2026, at Taj Skyline, Ahmedabad.

At the expo, INSYNC is bringing what it calls a “360-degree retail system” – merging fixtures, lighting, electrification, and flexibility into one system. “The challenge with store design is that it is done in parts, where fixtures, lighting, electrics, and digital are all handled separately. This makes it slow and inconsistent. We aim to solve this with a 360-degree retail system. At Retail Yatra, we are showing retailers a smarter way to build and upgrade their stores,” explains Huzefa Merchant, Founder of INSYNC Shop Fittings.

Alongside this, INSYNC is also bringing BizPay – its automated, bank-integrated, mobile-first expense management suite. Through BizPay, the company will showcase an RFID and IoT-powered checkout system designed for faster billing at the cash counter, adding a tech-driven layer to the in-store experience.

With retail projects spanning metros such as Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai, as well as international markets in the Middle East, INSYNC has observed that retailers want stores that are not just visually appealing but also easy to replicate, maintain, and scale. The company believes that long-term growth depends on delivering a consistent experience everywhere.

This becomes even more critical for larger retail formats, where complexity, cost, and execution timelines tend to increase. Here, INSYNC’s pre-engineered systems mitigate these concerns by integrating multiple functions into a single setup, reducing errors and accelerating execution. As Huzefa highlights, “Most of the technical work is already designed and tested before the store design starts.”

Adding to this is the flexibility of INSYNC’s systems. The same display setup can be adapted across categories – from perfumes to footwear, without the need for a rebuild. This makes it a practical and long-term investment for retailers looking to stay agile while maintaining a consistent brand experience.

For INSYNC, Retail Yatra is about starting the right conversations. Retailers in tier 2 and tier 3 cities are growing fast. At the same time, bigger brands are entering these markets with better store experiences, raising the bar for everyone. This makes it harder to compete on price alone “The real question is: how do you match their store experience, and maintain it across locations? We want to meet retailers who are ready to upgrade in a smarter, more scalable way,” shares Huzefa.

INSYNC is ultimately focusing on making things simpler for retailers, whether it’s setting up stores faster or managing them better as they grow. At Retail Yatra – Ahmedabad, this practical approach is what the firm aims to bring to the table.
