It is important to create an impact on shoppers mind: Kumar Rajagopalan

At the 10th edition of In-Store Asia, which commenced today at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, Kumar Rajagopalan focussed on customisation needed to capture the target shoppers.


Kumar Rajagopalan, CEO, Retailers Association of India while presenting his topic, "The New Age India Retail - Executive Health Check Report” focussed on customisation that is needed to create value to target shoppers. He mentioned that it is of utmost importance today that the retailers should understand how the shoppers are starved for time in this multi channel world. Kumar opines, "Today, no customer wants to waste time in non value adding acitivites like parking cars, payment in ques etc.,they also expect to be recognised and expect customised solutions for their needs. The operations team of any retail Company  must structure  a deeper R&D to create moments of magic for customers."
