Adding about 7 lakh sq ft to its existing 8 lakh sq ft of retail space, ethnic wear brand Manyavar (menswear) and Mohey (women’s wear) plans to scale up its retail footprint to 700 POS, which will include 150 more flagship stores.
Talking to Retail4growth, Shilpi Modi, Director, Manyavar and Mohey, highlighted the brand’s growth path further, “With 85% Customer Conversion rate, less than 4% dead stock and INR1000 crore turnover, Manyavar is already a national benchmark in retail industry and is growing at 30% CAGR. The journey of retail operations began in 2008 and ever since then the company grew from 90 employees to 3000+ employees in just a span of 10 years. In 2016, we came up with the idea of Women Celebration wear and the emergence of Mohey happened, which apparently brought us a monumental achievement.”
