The leading brand opens India's largest store in India located in Bandra, Mumbai


Marks & Spencer (M&S) has opened its flagship store in Bandra, Mumbai. The store was officially opened by Bollywood actors Bipasha Basu & Sonakshi Sinha and the opening was marked by the visit of Marc Bolland, Chief Executive, Marks & Spencer.
 
Sprawling over 35,000 square feet, the store is Marks & Spencer's largest store in India. The store also features the world-first new look Marks & Spencer Lingerie & Beauty department, a stylish haven packed with the finest lingerie and very best in skincare and cosmetics.  The Marks & Spencer make up range was launched for the first time in India and includes premium, professional Autograph make up and high fashion Limited Collection ranges.  In the lingerie section, Rosie for Autograph sleepwear was exclusively introduced. Designed by international supermodel Rosie Huntingdon-Whiteley it features beautifully designed pieces in the finest fabrics.
 
The new store has over 300 exclusive products available, which includes new tailoring collection,'Savile Row Inspired' designed exclusively for M&S by world renowned Savile Row tailor, Richard James.

Marks & Spencer opened its first store in India in 2001 and in April 2008 signed a Joint Venture with Reliance Retail to form Marks & Spencer Reliance India Pvt Ltd. M&S now has 36 stores located in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Amritsar, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai, Kerala and Hyderabad.
