McDonald’s enhances passengers' experience with its new outlet at Mumbai Airport

The American fast food company, McDonald’s opened a new outlet at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, enhancing the journey of passengers travelling through Terminal 2.

Keeping up with its initiative to promote contactless experience, the airport caters to an assortment of touch-free points at the store for the advantage of the visitors. Travellers now can easily place orders with the help of digital menu cards and avoid coming in contact with people. The store has also implemented McTouch machines to place orders and make payments.

Customers can also place their order through the McDonald’s application that provides customized offers each new day.

Maintaining the best of food preparation standards, the new store follows strict guidelines for safety of its consumers. The employees at the store strictly adhere to take necessary precautions and food is prepared without any direct contact with bare heads. Also, the store will conduct frequent drives of sanitization for added hygiene.
