The leather brand combines craftsmanship and brand value into the experiential retail space.
Talking to Retail4growth, Gautam Sinha, Founder Nappa Dori, explained, “Breaking away from our regular retail design of our outlets, this space is intended to offer an immersive customer experience. The space showcases a huge atelier area to more behind-the-scene stories of our merchandises. This also gives opportunities for customization.” The café area, Café Dori, features coffee brand Blue Tokai and is planned to house more international coffee brands. Sinha has also hinted towards taking the same experience in Mumbai and some international cities. the brand today has 9 outlets across Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.
