PPZ adds 5 projects in Hyderabad to its portfolio
The retail space solution provider bags Manjeera Mall and 4 other projects under development in Hyderabad
Retail space solution provider Pioneer Property Zone (PPZ) has reinforced its presence in the southern region by adding five new projects to its portfolio of 13 assets nationwide. The four assets which will be developed under the supervision and guidance of PPZ include Secunderabad Central Mall and Odean Mall (Shanta Sriram Constructions), Youdan Plaza (Youdan Infrastructure Projects Pvt. Ltd) and Kompally Mall. Manjeera Mall at Kukatpally which is already operational is also now being managed by PPZ.
Located at Kukatpally, a major residential and commercial suburb in Hyderabad, Manjeera Mall is one of the most popular shopping hubs in the area. Spread across 4,70,000 sq. ft., this mall has four floors full of shopping options and a separate floor for entertainment and cinema. Owing to the high rise residences, educational institutes and IT parks nearby, the mall is frequented by young corporate employees and other young people. Manjeera Mall has a good mix of International as well as local brands, F&B chains and multiplexes catering to various age groups. The mall has been operational since October 2013.
Secunderabad Central mall and Odean mall are both planned to cater to different customer segments in Hyderabad. Spread across a cumulative 0.5 million sq. ft., these assets are based in the Patny Square region and the RTC Cross Junction in East Hyderabad respectively.
Secunderabad Central Mall, located at the junction of Patny Circle in Hyderabad, has around 3,50,000 sq.ft. of GBA. This mall is catering to the affluent catchment of Secunderabad where shopping is traditionally done only in the high streets. This project is designed to deliver a new shopping experience.
Odean Mall is located at the RTC Cross Junction in Hyderabad and has over 2,10,000 sq.ft of GBA. This project will be a mid-segment neighborhood centre with a mix of Junior Departmental Anchors, Fashion Anchors and F&B. Odean Mall will also houses a cinema. The centre is likely to open by the last quarter of 2017.
