Purplle is all set to get started on its offline journey. The company has appointed Pooja Acharya as Chief Beauty Officer to push its growth through offline route.
On the occasion, Pooja Acharya said, “Purplle leverages technology effectively to study consumer behaviour patterns. Deployment of chatbot has been a revolutionary initiative taken by the company as it helps in personalising recommendations to customers based on their needs. I am excited to see the result of this marriage of technology and expertise which will help the company to take the next leap in business.”

The company has a huge range under several product categories including women’s personal hygiene, specialised beauty and skincare products etc. It has also propelled its game for exclusive associations with global brands for their foray into the Indian market.
