Springfield & Women Secret to soon enter Indian retail, to launch initial stores in Bengaluru

Both the Spanish brands will start its brick-and-mortar retail journey from Bengaluru.

Spanish casual fashion wear brand Springfield and women’s lingerie brand Women Secret will soon start retailing through exclusive brand outlets in India. Both brands are owned by Spain’s Cortefiel Group and have presence through around 500 stores each across various countries. Kochi-based Tablez Group will be master franchisee to bring these brands to India.

Tablez has already signed up for two sites in Bangalore for Springfield and will further look for sites in all leading cities like Delhi and Mumbai. Women Secret will open its initial two stores at Phoenix Marketcity and Vega City Mall respectively. Springfield is slated to have large format stores spanning around 3000 sq ft while Women Secret stores will be sized at around 1000 sq ft. The brands will enter the Indian retail scene within a month.
