Tanishq, one of India’s largest jewellery brands, continues its successful retail journey with the launch of its latest store in Kolkata. Spanning over 2500 square feet, the Baguihati store is the 207th store in Tanishq’s large and growing retail network. Inaugurated by Rajeshwari Srinivasan, AVP and Regional Business Head – East, Titan Company Limited and Anirban Banerjee, Regional Business Manager, East, this is the 8th Tanishq store in Kolkata and the 36th store in the East including Mia store. Sharing her thoughts on the launch of the Tanishq store, Rajeshwari Srinivasan, AVP and Regional Business Head – East, Titan Company Limited said, “The city is an extremely important market for us and we will keep raising the bar through unique designs, superior craftsmanship and enhanced shopping experience to ensure our customers get the best jewellery-buying experience at Tanishq.” The jewellery brand will rapidly expand its retail footprint in the East zone by adding close to 20 retail outlets by the end of the fiscal.

The store follows the standard retail design features of Tanishq giving it a very elegant yet chic look and feel. The new store situated on VIP Road houses the latest collection from Tanishq and will cater to the growing population of extended north Kolkata and even to the people visiting the city of joy from the airport route. The Tanishq retail chain currently has a total store count of 207 exclusive boutiques in 120 cities. The brand aims to expand its retail footprint across the country with a robust plan in the east zone of India.
