The company plans to raise $5 million (Rs. 33.3 crore) to enhance its business operations and expand its distribution network into offline and other international markets.


The skincare and beauty brand, The Beauty Co. plans to raise $5 million (Rs. 33.3 crore) to enhance its business operations and expand its distributor network into offline and other international markets.

To augment the market share, the business strategized to introduce 10 new beauty products and enter the offline market.

In conversation with ET Bureau, Suraj Vazirani, Founder, The Beauty Co., “We are looking to scale up the business in the coming years and it will be advantageous to get funding considering we started as a bootstrapped brand.”

“We are optimistic about our next move to expand in the modern and general trade and are thrilled to enter the international markets,” Suraj added.

The brand that was launched two years ago presently retails its products through various online shopping sites, and will soon launch offline channels to fortify its operations.
