National Skill Competition 2016 to hold contest for VM & Window Display

National Skill Competition 2016 for VM & Window Display Contest is back yet again this year. Army Institute of Fashion Design, Bangalore, Central Brand, and Symbiosis Institute of Design, Pune have come together to support National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to conduct national skill competition in niche areas like Visual Merchandising and Window Dressing, while VM&RD magazine joins in as the media partner for the competition.

Young VM professionals are invited to participate in this competition, where the candidate's age should be maximum 22 years i.e. born on and after 1st Jan 1995. The last date for registration is June 25, 2016 and also they are required to submit all the related documents on or before the same date for the Pune Centre and the last date to submit the mood board and the window design for AIFD Bangalore centre is 30th June 2016.
 
This competition will be held at two places -   Symbiosis Institute of Design, Pune (SID) on 1st and 2nd July 2016 and Army Institute of Fashion and Design, Bangalore (AIFD) on 8th and 9th July 2016.

The finals of the competition will be held at Kanpur from 15th to 17th July 2016.
